It has been awhile that I haven’t released any new collection for Mamadelta. I am going to focus more on swimwear retailing and still try keep up my manufacturing. September is the most busy time for me since I will start to manufacture for the swimwear brands around the world for their SS18 collection. Talking to them, analyzing the new trends and giving them inspirations for their new collection. I know my business is just to produce the bikinis. But I care more about helping them so that their new collection will have the best selling that they can’t find the service at any other manufacturers. I don’t like to talk much about my business. I rather do it and show off the achievements. But sharing is caring. I would love to help some swimwear startups avoid those mistakes that I got during 10 years in this industry. Thanks to Seth who gave me the idea. By telling about the story, I got another chance to help the swimwear startup who might decide to give up before reading my post, or help them to know if they are on the right tracks. And the chance to improve myself. I am not talented, I am just passionate about what I am doing. I am not an entrepreneur or a designer, I just can’t find any excuses to stop trying and I don’t know what else to do but this career seriously! You might have seen my collection on famous celebrities, fabulous run way or prestigious magazines. But you should know I have just cried last night and what I am doing at the moment is carefully stitching all the seashells on the crochet bikinis top for my coming collection sent to those boutiques in Thailand. Why I call myself a startups. Because what I have been doing during 10 years is to find my biggest strength, to know what dos and don’ts. I will write about all my ups and downs, my truly experiences. Of course I will mention more about my failures than the achievements to keep remind myself that I have no reason to give up!
